Traditional infilled sports turf requires large amounts of quartz sand and rubber granules, which leads to high later maintenance costs and potential environmental risks from microplastics. This new product adopts specially structured monofilament grass. No rubber infill is needed, while it maintains excellent shock absorption, stable ball rebound and rolling performance, meeting the testing standards for professional sports venues.

The grass yarn features high tensile strength and tear resistance, capable of withstanding long-term high-intensity running and sliding tackles. The composite impermeable backing offers high drainage efficiency. Rainwater can be drained rapidly, allowing the field to resume use quickly after rainfall. The raw materials of the product are recyclable, reducing the environmental pressure when the turf reaches the end of its service life.

This non-infill sports grass is suitable for 5-a-side football fields, campus sports grounds and community multi-purpose courts. The new product is available for orders from domestic engineering clients and overseas foreign trade customers simultaneously, further enriching the company’s sports turf product line.
